Sárgamuskotály 2025

Sárgamuskotály 2025 is an intensely aromatic, fruity white wine that showcases the variety’s finest qualities in a modern, reductive style. The wine is made from 100% estate-grown Muscat grapes from the Bene vineyard, where the favorable location and the climate of Lake Balaton enhance the aromatic and rich character of the variety.

The grapes were harvested on August 18, at the moment of optimal ripeness and aromatic intensity. During processing, we followed the gentle technology used for our white wines: after careful destemming and crushing, the must was transferred using a peristaltic mash pump, minimizing damage and oxidation. Following immediate pneumatic pressing, the must was clarified and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C in a reductive environment. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

Fined and filtered before bottling to ensure it reaches the glass with a clean, fresh, and harmonious character. Intense grape, citrus, and exotic fruit notes ont he nose, complemented by delicate floral aromas. On the palate, it is rich yet lively, with its bright acidity and fruity flavors creating an excellent balance.

Our Sárgamuskotály 2025 wine won a Gold Medal at the international VinAgora Wine Competition.

Sárgamuskotály 2025 is an easy-to-love, truly joyful wine: it is a delight on its own, but it is also an excellent choice to pair with foie gras, salads, Asian dishes, or simply to enjoy during summer gatherings.
